North Star is a publicly funded school providing a safe and effective learning environment for your child.
We are a computer based school using the A+ Learning System. A+ is 100% aligned to Arizona State standards. We do not use traditional classrooms but we do have highly qualified teachers in all core subjects available to assist students when help is needed. We allow the student to focus on one class at a time allowing him/her to complete a one semester class in 3 to 4 weeks.
North Star will have a distance learning (on-line school) beginning in the 2010-2011 school year.
